| Fur-Xoticon is a non-profit organization, dedicated to helping out local charities. We are headed by an Executive Board and tasked with operating multiple events which include a yearly convention that provides high-quality education and entertainment to our attendees in a safe and fun environment. We also aim promote the acceptance and appreciation of the anthropomorphic fandom in the Northeast and throughout the country as a whole. As a non-profit organization, only funds necessary for the continuing operation of the convention are retained; the remaining funds are donated to appropriate charities.Founded in 2015, Fur-Xoticon had its first convention in May of 2016. The event was a success with 178 attendees and over $1100.00 raised for the Sweatpea For Animals Charity Group. Fur-Xoticon operates as an independent 501(c)3 organization within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We are looking to continue our future expansion and host many more events in the New England area! | |
